Group A
=> Australia
=> Nigeria
=> Malaysia
=> Seychelles
=> Isle of Man. 


Group B

=> Singapore

=> New Zealand

=> Sri Lanka

=> Jamaica

=> Northern Ireland.

Group C

=> England

=> Canada

=> Mauritius

=> Uganda 

=> Falklands.

Group D

=> India

=> Scotland

=> Kenya

=> Barbados

=> Wales.
